North Attleboro

The Red Rocketeers came to town along with the heavy rain on Friday, September 28th.  The week 4 preview in the Foxboro Reporter touted the considerable skill of North's Alex Jette, Ryan Perron and company. Week 4 preview

But the night belonged to the Foxboro Warriors.  Fresh off the loss to Whitman Hanson the previous week, the Warriors would not be deterred.  Not only did Foxboro come away with a win, they shut out North Attleboro.  The defense worked as a team to shut N-A down.  Emotions were high for the team as Foxboro had not beaten North for several seasons.  It was North's first loss of 2012.  With Mike Slaby, Luc Valenza and Kiivone Howard rushing strong, Howard scored 3 touchdowns.  North's bid for a second half comeback came to a close when Alex Pacitti executed a nice interception to halt the Red Rocketeers' momentum.
