Week 2 continued the great football mojo for the Foxboro Warriors. Final winning score was Foxboro 40, East Providence 6. Foxboro had 33 unanswered points in the fist half! They tried to give a few gifts to East Providence but the Townies could not capitalize on them :). Jess Todd scored two receiving touchdowns and Kiivone Howard ran several scores in as well. One downside to the game was that #7 Drew McGeary was injured and will be out for a few weeks. Stay tuned for week 3 - the first home game is Friday vs. Whitman-Hanson.

East Longmeadow game
Warrior football kicked off last Friday night in East Longmeadow, MA! Great game - Foxboro came away with a 34-13 win to start the season. The JV and Freshmen teams won their games at home the next day as well. The team traveled in style on (2) cushy deluxe buses and feasted upon arrival. It was hard to say who the star of the game was - sure Kiivone scored (3) touchdowns and played great but let's talk about the terrific job the O-line did to protect Slaby and bust open those holes he ran through.
